fret number not in bold (for guitar)

what does it mean when the same note is shown 3times really close to each other but the 2nd note is not in bold eg. 15-15-15 ^this note wont be in a bold font like the standard note is normaly shown

lol i pointed to the middle note but it came up as the first.. you get what i mean though. thanx for the help in advance
